George Baldwin LLC, Realtors is currently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our Property Management team! You will be responsible for completing maintenance work orders, vacancy remodeling/repairs and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Perform remodeling and repairs after tenants move out
​Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Experience required in Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Flooring, Siding, etc.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must have own transportation
