Salary: Up to $90,000 or more in total compensation!

Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
- Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability
- Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Available to work evenings, weekends and some holidays
Responsibilities:
- Manages day to day operations of the restaurant
- Hires, trains, coaches and plans the professional growth & development of the management team and crew members
- Maintains an exceptional level of food quality and customer service
- Drives the throughput and efficiency of the unit
- Responsible for sales growth, cost management, and profit growth
- Ensures food safety, orders and counts inventory
- Maintains cleanliness, safety standards and applies knowledge of all policies, procedures and practices
- All other duties as assigned
