Duties
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, internet leads, and in-person interactions to generate new leasing and sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships with potential customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support inventory management by coordinating with dealership or retail teams to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
- Utilize our CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and monitor follow-up activities for maximum efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales environments with a focus on automobile sales.
- Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management tools to streamline sales processes.
- Effective public speaking skills for presentations and client meetings.
- Outstanding communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette for outbound calls and customer interactions.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
