Position Summary
Premier Home Pros is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Sales Order Auditor to join our Distribution Center team. This position is responsible for verifying customer orders for accuracy prior to shipment using RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, shipping and warehouse experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Audit and verify customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
· Ensure products, quantities, serial numbers, and order details match sales order requirements.
· Identify and resolve discrepancies prior to shipment.
· Review packing slips, shipping documentation, and order completion status.
· Communicate effectively with warehouse, shipping, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve order issues.
· Assist with shipping, staging, and order preparation activities as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of completed audits and inventory transactions.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase order accuracy and operational efficiency.
· Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
· Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory control experience preferred.
· Experience using RF scanners or handheld warehouse technology preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
· Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 60 pounds.
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
· Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
