Are you ready for a rewarding seasonal job in one of Northern California’s most stunning outdoor destinations? Holiday Harbor Resort & Marina is hiring enthusiastic crew members for the 2026 Spring & Summer season (through September/October).
We have multiple positions available across various departments, depending on your role responsibilities include:
- Rental Reservationists (Customer Service & Phone Sales) – Handle guest reservations, answer inquiries, and assist with booking accommodations.
- Houseboat Orientation Specialists – Guide guests through houseboat operations, ensuring they understand safety procedures and onboard amenities.
- Houseboat & Dock Deck Hands – Assist with docking, fueling, and general upkeep of houseboats while providing excellent customer service.
- Gas Dock Cashier Clerks & Attendants – Operate the fuel dock, process transactions, and assist guests with fueling needs.
- Small Boat Rentals & Toy Box Orientation Crew – Provide guests with rental equipment, conduct safety briefings, and ensure proper equipment usage.
- Houseboat Cleaning Crew – Maintain high cleanliness standards by preparing houseboats for incoming guests.
- General Store & Gift Shop Clerks – Assist customers with purchases, stock inventory, and maintain store organization.
- Resort Grounds and Campground/RV Park Maintenance Team – Perform facility upkeep, landscaping, and general maintenance duties around the property.
- Night Security – Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment, protect property and assets by enforcing access control and following security procedures

Job Details
- Wage range: $16.50 – $18.50
- Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal
- Schedule: 5 days per week, including weekends (April–September)
- Work Location: On-site at 20061 Shasta Caverns Road, Lakehead, CA (off the I-5 freeway – Exit #695, just 20 miles north of Redding, CA)
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills are a must.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking the property, and carrying/lifting items as needed (up to 25 to 50 lbs).
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and creating a positive guest experience.
