Job Description
Renewal by Andersen of Greater Des Moines, a leading window and door company, seeks an experienced In-Home Service Technician to join the team. You will provide professional repair and service support for homeowners with previously installed windows and doors.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assess homeowner concerns, diagnose service needs, and determine proper repairs.
- Evaluate window and door performance based on installation and product knowledge.
- Complete repairs efficiently and resolve service issues fully.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service at every appointment.
- Document all service work accurately.
- Support additional repair and field tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with installers, project managers, and office staff to resolve issues.
- Field role with a Monday through Thursday schedule, starting at 7:00 AM, 10-hour shifts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Knowledge of residential construction, materials, and jobsite standards.
- Four or more years of window and door installation, residential construction, or repair experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and proven quality workmanship.
- elf-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders and at heights.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must pass background check, physical, and drug screening.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
