Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in pool maintenance, ensuring that our clients’ pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. This role requires a hands-on approach to pool cleaning, and overall maintenance, making it essential for the technician to be proficient with both power and hand tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure water quality and safety.
- Inspect and maintain pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chemical feeders.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients about their pool needs and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed on each pool.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments.
Experience
- Proven experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely.
- Familiarity with pool chemistry and water testing procedures is a plus.
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
