Duties:
- Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach campaigns, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, providing tailored vehicle recommendations.
- Demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers, highlighting features and benefits to enhance high-end sales opportunities.
- Negotiate prices, trade-in values, financing options, and add-on services confidently to close deals that satisfy both the customer and dealership goals.
- Manage inventory control by staying informed about available vehicles features and options to maximize demonstrations and customer interactions.
- Utilize CRM software effectively to contact customers, track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and personalized service.
- Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for increasing retail sales volume and improving overall dealership performance.
- Provide ongoing sales support by assisting with vehicle presentation, test drives, and post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments preferred
- Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus—and phone etiquette that fosters trust and rapport.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team while maintaining strong self-motivation and focus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up activities.
