Warehouse Associate / Inventory & Fulfillment Bilingual Chinese English Preferred Jobs in Huntingdon Valley at JJG Business Group Ltd
We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Associate to manage inventory, fulfillment, and basic product assembly.
This role is critical to our daily operations and requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical and repetitive tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Warehouse Management
- Receive incoming shipments and check product quality
- Perform inventory counting and stock organization
- Create and manage SKUs in inventory management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records
Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Prepare shipping labels and ensure order accuracy
- Organize and maintain a clean warehouse environment
Product Handling & Quality Control
- Inspect defective or damaged items
- Sort products into usable vs. non-usable
- Repackage or repair items when possible
- Discard unusable inventory properly
Light Assembly & Product Preparation
- Assemble simple products (e.g., attach keychains, combine components into kit–jewelry craft accessories)
- Prepare products for sale (bagging, labeling, packaging)
- Assist in creating new SKUs by combining components
Support E-commerce Operations
- Assist with product photography setup
- Help prepare samples for new product testing
- Support small-batch product creation (handmade or semi-handmade items)
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, packing, standing)/jewelry craft accessories is not that heavy.
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable with repetitive work
- Basic computer skills (inventory system, data entry)
- Reliable and responsible
- Bilingual requirement: Mandarin Chinese (required), English (basic working proficiency)
Preferred (Not Required)
- Warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Experience with inventory systems
- Experience with assembly or light manufacturing

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
