- Visit residents in-person to understand their mobile habits and guide them toward the right AT&T 5G plan and smartphone.
- Use simple lifestyle questions to match customers with the plan that gives them the most value.
- Identify when an older device or outdated plan is holding them back and offer clear upgrade options.
- Complete sales paperwork, keeping every account update clean, accurate, and easy for the customer.
- Activate new phones on the spot with a quick eSIM setup so customers walk away fully connected.
- Build ongoing trust by showing up as a friendly, reliable representative who makes wireless decisions easy.
