Position Overview
We are seeking an Emergency Response Water Restoration Technician to provide weekend on-call coverage and assist with water damage mitigation projects. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible supplemental income with opportunities for additional weekday work.
The right candidate is reliable, customer-focused, physically capable, and comfortable responding to emergency situations.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to water damage emergencies
- Extract water and remove damaged materials when necessary
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Take moisture readings and document job progress
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and property managers
- Maintain equipment and company vehicles
- Assist with demolition, cleanup, and restoration tasks as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed weekend on-call compensation
- $25–$30/hour when dispatched (based on experience)
- Minimum pay guarantee per emergency call

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Professional appearance and customer service skills
- Ability to respond to emergency calls in a timely manner
- Construction, restoration, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, EMS, or related experience preferred but not required
