FACILITIES TEAM LEADER Jobs in St Thomas at Temporary Professional Integrated Services

We are looking for a maintenance and facilities team leader for one of our renowned clients


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance and inspection plans, while meeting company’s standards and ensure safety culture is followed.
  • Plan and prepare the materials and tools needed for inspections from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure inspection processes follow applicable technical standards and regulations, with ongoing compliance monitoring.
  • Identify maintenance program risks, assess their severity, and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Lead maintenance programs, practices, processes, and tools.


Position Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering highly preferred.
  • Related experience while holding a similar role or performing similar tasks is required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken is required.
  • Must possess proven experience in managing and coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
  • Possessing supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Possess experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.


Compensation

  • $60,000 annually (exempt)
