FACILITIES TEAM LEADER Jobs in St Thomas at Temporary Professional Integrated Services
We are looking for a maintenance and facilities team leader for one of our renowned clients
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance and inspection plans, while meeting company’s standards and ensure safety culture is followed.
- Plan and prepare the materials and tools needed for inspections from internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure inspection processes follow applicable technical standards and regulations, with ongoing compliance monitoring.
- Identify maintenance program risks, assess their severity, and recommend mitigation actions.
- Lead maintenance programs, practices, processes, and tools.
Position Requirements
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering highly preferred.
- Related experience while holding a similar role or performing similar tasks is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken is required.
- Must possess proven experience in managing and coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Possessing supervisory experience is a plus.
- Possess experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
Compensation
- $60,000 annually (exempt)
